A customer care representative contacted me and asked if I am OK with free of charge upgrade to a 24-inch model. Of cause, I was more than happy. Do buy a refurbished monitor IF AND ONLY you are patient enough and you dont need any particular function. I bought a refurbished monitor. The delivery option I selected is 3 hr same day. I get complete set after 5 days. I am giving 4 stars only as monitor is received on 1st day and i still can use it and productivity was not lost. But the stand can't be fitted. As a buyer experience, it was prettry bad, and every day i chased. I am not sure will there be replacement if I dont chase. Well customer support does response and support my request and I am satisfied with the product quality even though unsatisfactory on the trouble to get correct working stand.

What a ruined Saturday! I have never encountered such an utterly atrocious experience before in my life. Before making the purchase, replies were prompt and efficient but after that, it was a 180 degrees change in their customer service and attitude. Despite the fact that I rushed to order and made payment with PayNow before 3 pm for same day delivery as per banner prominently advertised on their website yesterday, my order wasn’t delivered on the same day at all as they claimed 'today's same day delivery slot is over'. I actually accepted their nonchalant excuse and agreed for my order to be delivered between 2 pm to 5 pm today. However, the delivery guy (Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar) from a third party courier (ViaMove) that they contracted, came and left my order outside my door at 10.56 am. I specifically requested the delivery to be between 2 pm to 5 pm four times through Carousell, their website online chat and WhatsApp. Three different channels yet a very simple instruction is still not being followed. When I reached out to them via WhatsApp, there was absolutely zero remorse, zero apologies, zero explanation and zero attempts made on customer recovery. They actually hogged on WhatsApp chat for 1.5 hours with 'Can you please ping us at Carousell?', 'Can you please contact that delivery guy regarding your delivery status?', 'We will check all issue from our side then we will share issue with our manager', 'You reached home?', 'Please go home your item is there', 'You not reach home yet?', 'When will you reach home', 'Why you are not picking delivery guy phone', 'Please pick up phone or call back delivery guy'. I thought the last straw was when they lied to the ViaMove delivery guy that 'the customer complained order was stolen', when all I said was it will not be my responsibility if my order was lost because I did not give any instructions to let it outside my door, and certainly not deliver it in the morning simply because it's the best routing for their delivery schedule. They made Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar come back and collected my order back. Instead, the worst has yet to come as after Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar collected my order, he started spamming me with phone calls even when I rejected them as I was in the midst of liaising with the Electronics Crazy staff and messages on WhatsApp ‘Called you many many times you never answer’, ‘And you complain item stolen’. When Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar redelivered my order at 4.35 pm, he even went to the extent of insulting my husband 'Are you Ms Koh', 'You don't look like a 'Ms Koh' and threatening my husband ‘So do you want to receive the order now or not?’ as well as ‘Then you better don’t complain your order stolen’ without even letting him sign receipt of the order. After that, I found out why Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar did not let my husband sign receipt of my order – he was already enroute at 8 am, uploaded a photo of my order sitting in his vehicle as ‘proof of delivery’ at 10.01 am and signed off a ‘K’ under ‘Receiver signed delivery order’ at 11 am. It may be unbelievable that the above mentioned really took place, but thanks to the Electronics Crazy staff who insisted to hog on WhatsApp with me for 1.5 hours and refused to get the manager to speak to me, I have the entire chat thread to prove that everything that I have described is as true as it can be. I have also submitted an online request (as they do not have any contact number listed on their website) at ViaMove website for the relevant department to call me in order to file a formal complaint against Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar, so let’s see if anybody calls back.
